Hello loves! First things first — Monica, you won the giveaway!
Look for an email from me re: mailing details. So jazzed to share my three favorite reflection tools with you to kick off the year of celebrations.
Friends, it has been a full week. No other word fits it better. I’ve joined friends in celebrating and friends in mourning and grieving. And working with some truly gracious, kind, talented clients . . . what a privilege. Still putting the whole celebrate thing into practice. Stay tuned.

The last calendar evoked much emotion for me. Using Google Calendar as a tool to remember and interact with family? Genius.
American girls with their American Girls. Did you have an American Girl doll growing up? Your daughter, sister or niece? I had Felicity (who is now discontinued, I guess?) and a “doll of today” — maybe they call it something different now — and loved them both to pieces.
And a dear favorite Emily P. Freeman on picking yourself. God has chosen us for impact . . . and we have to believe it to live it. Amen, sister.

.. Many people who stuffer from stress, and anxiety are not taking the time to relax,
and chill out. Take some time every day to just kick back,
and relax with a good book, or a cup of tea. If you practice
this relaxation for 20 minutes every day, you will notice your
anxiety levels decrease over time.
